Dear CJSA family,

U.S. Soccer is working alongside all members to make the sport of soccer safer for everyone involved by preventing abuse, bullying, and misconduct.

They have asked CJSA to send out this short survey to better understand your experiences with misconduct in the sport and to help identify how clubs can better protect players.

The survey should take about ten minutes to complete and is entirely anonymous. It is designed for players, but also parents, coaches, and other participants. We ask that parents fill it out alongside younger players; the questions have been tailored to be age-appropriate based on responses. If you have multiple players, then you should fill it out with each of them individually. U.S. Soccer is looking to collect all responses by May 12th. Participation is optional but encouraged.
